A standing class working the whole body. Perfect for building strength, muscle tone and active stretching, whilst providing a challenge. This is the perfect place to start, and the perfect complement to other forms of exercise. Each class layered with intention to deepen your connection to SELF and give you tools & practices to take off the mat. Walk out feeling like you have worked your body, cleared your mind & practiced your meditation all at once.
HOT: is heated with infrared heaters to increase circulation, improve your immune system, detoxify and stretch a little further. Beginner Friendly. Some fitness recommended. |
Stretch, Relax & BreatheYoga & breathwork to release & relax physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually

A floor based class focusing on strong long stretches (shoulders, hammies, quads, hips, chest and more) breathing techniques & meditation to relax the body & mind. The perfect antidote for those experiencing stress or needing some down time. Walk out feeling like you have had a massage - relaxed, more grounded & centered. Each class layered with intention to deepen your connection to SELF and give you tools & practices to take off the mat.

Cardio/HOT FlowYoga for moving with your breath & experiencing the flow state

A dynamic vinyasa class that flows with the breath - building mind, breath and body strength, awareness & connection . A focus on upper body, core and standing poses. The idea is to have fun, to move with your breath and then wind down in some long stretches. Walk out feeling like you have WORKED, explored the flow state and challenged your body & mind/ego. Each class layered with intention to deepen your connection to SELF and give you tools & practices to take off the mat.

Gentle and supported poses held for long periods of time to allow the tension in the body, mind & nervous system to melt away. Whilst your body unravels crystal singing bowl sounds wash over you to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation. A beautiful practice that targets the nervous system and supports you to heal and release physically, mentally, emotionally & energetically.

Yin YogaLong holds, releasing fascia

A specific style of yoga developed by Traditional Chinese medicine doctors. It targets fascia, ligaments, joints and meridians (energy channels that connect to organs). Classes focus on specific organs and elements. Yin is more active than restorative yoga - poses are held for a long time at our individual edge where we build resilience by sitting with sensation.
